About the Internship

We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team at a CSR consulting firm. This is a one-month rigorous training internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to real-world design projects across CSR reports, campaigns, presentations, digital content, and other communication materials. Based on performance, learning ability, and overall fit during the internship, the opportunity may be converted to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Creative Director and Content Strategist in developing visual content.
- Design CSR reports, presentations, campaign materials, social media creatives, coffee table books, and other collaterals.
- Understand design briefs and develop creative concepts and visual solutions.
- Create layouts, rough drafts, and design concepts for review.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary design revisions.
- Support video conceptualization, storyboarding, and basic execution.
- Research design trends, competitor creatives, and digital trends to bring fresh ideas.
- Create internal presentations, emailers,



and other design materials as required.
- Support ad-hoc design projects based on business requirements.

Requirements

- Prior experience in graphic design through internships, freelance work, academic projects, or similar experience.
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, layouts, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in relevant design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand briefs and work on feedback.
- Must have a personal laptop suitable for design work.
