We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Formulation Manufacturing team as Granulation Operators. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in handling granulation equipment and ensuring smooth execution of batch manufacturing processes in a pharmaceutical setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor Granulation equipment including RMG (Rapid Mixer Granulator), FBD (Fluid Bed Dryer), Multi Mill, Sifter, and Blenders as per batch manufacturing records.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing instructions, SOPs, safety procedures, and cGMP guidelines.
- Perform in-process checks to maintain quality standards and record observations accurately.
- Maintain proper cleaning, maintenance,



and housekeeping of equipment and work area.
- Report any equipment malfunction or deviation immediately to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, and Maintenance for smooth operations.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in Granulation operations within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Positive documentation, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
