Job opening for Granulation Operator with 2 years plus experience in same field with any pharma company.

ITI qualification preferred.

- Hands-on experience in operating RMG, FBD, Multi Mill, Sifter and Blender
- Practical knowledge of granulation process and equipment operation
- Experience in equipment cleaning, dismantling, assembly and product changeover
- Experience in complete batch-to-batch and product-to-product changeover
- Knowledge of BMR, SOP, equipment logbook and production documentation
- Perform equipment cleaning as per approved SOP after completion of batch
- Properly dismantle, clean, dry, inspect and reassemble equipment parts
- Ensure removal of previous product/material, labels and documents before starting the next batch
- Perform and maintain proper line clearance and area clearance
- Ensure equipment is clean and ready for the next product/batch
- Follow approved product changeover procedure and cleaning checklist
- Ability to independently operate granulation equipment
- Ability to perform cleaning and changeover activities independently
- Ability to understand and follow BMR/SOP instructions

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
