- Support process development, process improvement and recent product development.
- Assist in preparing Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Conduct time study, line balancing and productivity improvement activities.
- Support Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Poka-Yoke and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Assist in reducing rejection, rework, cycle time and process costs.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and NPD teams.
- Support process trials, validation and engineering changes.
- Maintain process documentation and MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to IATF 16949 and safety/quality standards.
