Role & responsibilities

- Generate new business through customer acquisition and referrals.

- Meet prospective customers and understand their financial protection and insurance needs.

- Explain suitable Life insurance products and benefits to customers.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and insurance advisors.

- Support recruitment, activation, and development of insurance agents/advisors.

- Assist advisors in lead generation, sales presentations, and business conversion.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.

- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes and regulatory guidelines.

- Participate in branch sales activities, customer meetings, campaigns, and local market development.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and business performance.
