Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graduate Apprentice Trainee (2–3 Years Experience). The selected candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ManufApp solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand shopfloor processes and customer requirements
- Implement and configure ManufApp software at client locations




- Interact with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and usage
- Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve technical issues
- Provide basic training and support to end users

Qualifications

Required Skills

- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of manufacturing concepts and shopfloor operations
- Hands-on shopfloor experience is a must
- Understanding of key concepts like OEE, TPM, and TQM
- Knowledge of inventory management concepts such as BOM and reorder levels
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
