Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Google Ads Specialist role based in Lucknow.

The Google Ads

Specialist will plan, build, and optimize search, display, and YouTube campaigns for diverse clients, with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation. Day-to-day work includes conducting keyword research, creating and testing ad copy and creative, managing bids and budgets, setting up conversion tracking, and analyzing campaign performance to improve ROI. The role also involves collaborating with the wider digital marketing, design, and web teams to ensure landing pages and funnels are aligned with campaign objectives. The specialist will prepare regular performance reports, provide transparent insights and recommendations,



and stay current with Google Ads policies, platform updates, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Google Ads skills, including search, display, video campaigns, keyword research, bid management, and conversion tracking.
- Candidates should possess campaign optimization and analytics skills, such as A/B testing, audience segmentation, performance reporting, and proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Candidates should possess digital marketing fundamentals, including understanding of PPC strategy, landing page optimization, basic SEO awareness, and funnel-based lead generation.
- Candidates should possess creative and communication skills, including clear ad copywriting, collaboration with designers, and ability to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, are preferred.
