The Role

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with proven B2B SaaS and global campaign experience who can build our paid search programme from the ground up and scale it into a consistent, predictable lead source. This person will own account setup, campaign strategy, day to day optimisation and reporting across multiple countries and e-invoicing markets. We are open to individual specialists, freelancers and agencies.

Mandatory Requirements

- Proven experience running global B2B SaaS campaigns, specifically across markets such as Europe, Oman, the Philippines and similar international regions
- B2C or e-commerce only experience is not sufficient for this role. We need someone who understands B2B SaaS lead generation, longer sales cycles and lead quality over lead volume
- Minimum 3 years of hands on Google Ads experience

What You'll Do

- Account setup: Build campaigns from scratch, including account structure, conversion tracking, audience setup and campaign architecture across markets
- Keyword and market research: Identify high intent keywords for e-invoicing and tax compliance searches across different countries, understanding that search behavior and terminology differ by market
- Campaign management: Plan,



launch and manage Search, Display, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns
- Optimisation: Run continuous optimisation on bids, budgets, keywords, negatives, ad copy, landing pages and audiences to improve cost per lead and lead quality
- Testing: Set up and run structured A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages and bidding strategies
- Scaling: Grow spend efficiently while holding or improving CPL and conversion quality, expanding into current countries and campaign types as we grow
- Tracking and analytics: Own conversion tracking setup and accuracy (Google Ads, GA4, GTM), and make sure data flows correctly into our CRM
- Reporting: Report on spend, CPL, conversions, pipeline contribution and ROAS, with clear recommendations on what to do next
- Collaboration: Work with content and design teams on ad creatives and landing pages that convert

What You'll Bring

- Proven track record of building accounts from scratch and scaling them to consistent results, with numbers you can talk through
- Strong grasp of conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager and attribution
- Comfortable with lead quality, not just lead volume. You care whether the leads actually convert to pipeline
- Data driven and analytical. You make optimisation decisions based on evidence, not guesses
- Independent operator. You can own the channel end to end without regular follow up
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and longer conversion paths
- Ability to adapt campaign strategy market by market rather than applying one template everywhere
