Role Description The Google Ads Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban. The specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and other relevant formats to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for PaisaWapas.

Day-to-day tasks include keyword research, ad copy creation, bid and budget management, performance monitoring, and ongoing A/B testing of campaigns and landing pages. The role involves analyzing campaign data to uncover insights, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with product, content, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. The specialist will also stay current with Google Ads best practices and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance and user acquisition.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret campaign metrics and optimize performance.
- Comfort using AI tools to support campaign planning, copywriting,



or analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess Performance Management skills to plan, track, and improve key marketing KPIs. Monitor budgets, bids, and Quality Score to improve CPA/ROAS.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel/Sheets for reporting.
- Candidates should possess experience in Performance Testing, including A/B testing of ads, audiences, and landing pages.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (search, display, remarketing), with familiarity in Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, attribution, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior exposure to running campaigns for the India and US market is a strong plus.
