Role Overview

We are seeking a highly performance-driven Google Ads Executivewith strong hands-on experience in managing and scaling large-budget campaigns for D2C brands. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in driving profitable growth, optimizing ROAS, and leading campaign strategy across multiple Google Ads channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Manage high-budget accounts with monthly spends exceeding INR 1 Crore, ensuring profitability and strong ROAS.
- Work closely with D2C brands in apparel, cosmetics, beauty, hair care, and essential product categories.
- Analyze performance using GA4, Google Ads dashboards, and analytics tools to drive data-backed decisions.
- Set up and optimize Google Merchant Center, including feed creation, troubleshooting, and policy compliance.
- Implement advanced audience strategies: remarketing, customer match, and similar audiences.
- Collaborate with creative,



content, and web teams to improve landing page performance and conversions.
- Stay updated with Google Ads updates, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of independent Google Ads management experience.
- Proven experience scaling D2C brands profitably.
- Strong expertise in GA4 setup, event tracking, and conversion tracking.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization.
- Experience handling accounts with INR 1 Crore+ monthly spend.
- Strong analytical mindset and team management experience (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
