Role Description This is a full-time Gold Loan Sales role based in Aurangabad, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The individual in this role will drive gold loan sales by engaging with walk-in and referred customers, explaining product features, assessing customer requirements, and offering suitable gold loan solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, ensuring timely processing of gold loan applications, coordinating with branch staff for valuation and documentation, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.





The role also involves generating leads through local outreach activities, building relationships with existing and prospective customers, and supporting promotional campaigns to increase gold loan business. Adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards, along with providing a positive customer experience, will be essential.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and convert inquiries into successful gold loan transactions.
- Basic financial and banking knowledge, including familiarity with loan products, documentation processes, and regulatory or compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers and collaborate with branch teams.
- Proficiency in local language and working knowledge of English, along with comfort using computers and mobile-based applications for daily tasks.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Aurangabad, manage time efficiently, and meet defined sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prior experience in gold loans, retail finance, or related financial services is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
