Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom professionally.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold jewellery products.

- Explain product features, gold purity, weight, pricing, making charges, and offers.

- Handle customer queries and support the complete sales process.

- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on leads.

- Assist with billing, stock handling, product display, and showroom housekeeping.

- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.

- Stay updated on gold prices, current collections, and market trends.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; jewellery/gold experience preferred.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Presentable, confident, and sales-oriented personality.

- Basic knowledge of gold jewellery and retail billing is an advantage.

- Ability to work on weekends/holidays as per showroom requirements.

- Graduate/12th pass preferred.
