- Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Revit (mandatory).

- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural and MEP teams for clash-free project delivery.

- Prepare construction/shop drawings and update models based on design revisions.

- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and quality requirements.

- Work on-site at a Data Centre project in Powai, Mumbai.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeller.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Revit (MEP).
- Experience in MEP modelling and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Data Centre project experience preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Powai, Mumbai.
