Role Description The GM IT will lead and oversee all information technology functions and initiatives to support business operations at First Credit Services Inc. This full-time, in office role is based in Thane and involves managing IT infrastructure, core systems, networks, and security to ensure high availability and performance. The GM IT will plan and execute IT strategies, supervise IT operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection requirements.

Daily responsibilities include directing IT projects, optimizing processes,



monitoring system performance, resolving complex technical issues, and managing vendor relationships. The role also includes leading and mentoring the IT team, aligning technology investments with organizational goals, and providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology expertise, including knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security, and enterprise applications.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate system performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid IT Operations experience, covering incident management, change management, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess proven IT Management capabilities, including budgeting, planning, governance, and vendor management.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and develop IT professionals and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in BPO, financial services, collections, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on reliability, integrity, and compliance.
