Role Description The GM Security Business is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District, responsible for leading and expanding the security services vertical of SKSPL. This role involves overseeing security operations across client locations, developing and implementing security policies, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The position requires managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and driving business development initiatives to grow the security portfolio.

The GM Security Business will lead, mentor,



and coordinate security teams, monitor performance, and implement process improvements to maintain high service standards. Regular reporting to senior leadership, risk assessments, incident reviews, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising large security or facility management teams.
- Proven experience in security operations, risk assessment, and incident management, preferably in corporate or industrial environments.
- Business development and client relationship management skills, including proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant security regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in office across Pune District and visit client locations as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional qualifications in security management, law enforcement, or facility management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior security role (e.g., senior operations, ex-defense/paramilitary/police background) will be considered beneficial.
