Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead global talent acquisition efforts for IT services and consulting projects, focusing on APAC, EMEA, UK, and US regions.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to attract top talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, inside sales, marketing campaigns, etc.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

- Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

Job Requirements :

- 15-25 years of experience in international hiring (APAC & EMEA), UK & US recruitment or sales hiring.

- Proven track record in leading high-volume recruitment drives across multiple geographies simultaneously.

- Solid understanding of global markets, including cultural nuances and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
