Job Overview

FLYBOTPLUS LLP is looking for a confident, customer-focused and result-oriented Global Visa Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, recommending suitable visa options, explaining visa procedures, handling documentation and supporting clients throughout the visa process.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, good client-handling ability and a passion for the international travel and visa consultancy industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding Tourist, Business, Work and other international visa categories.
- Understand client requirements, travel plans and eligibility before recommending suitable visa options.
- Explain visa requirements, documentation, processing procedures, timelines and applicable fees clearly.
- Handle incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and walk-in enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Collect, verify and organize client documents according to destination-specific requirements.
- Assist clients with visa application forms and documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant VFS centres, embassies, consulates and associated service providers when required.
- Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records, follow-up details and application status.
- Handle client questions, concerns and service-related issues professionally.
- Stay updated with changes in visa requirements, immigration policies and application procedures.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain qualified relationships with clients and contribute to customer satisfaction and referrals.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.




- Robust follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and applications simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in visa consultancy, travel & tourism, immigration, sales or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and relevant training may also apply.
- Knowledge of Schengen, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, Russia and other international visa processes will be an advantage.

Experience 0–3 years preferred
