Role Overview The role involves managing end-to-end Global Talent Acquisition and Recruitment activities, with a solid focus on US Recruitment / US Hiring, global talent sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement and successful closure of hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Global Talent Acquisition activities.

- Handle US Recruitment / US Hiring requirements.

- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels.

- Manage screening, interview coordination and candidate evaluation.

- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for global requirements.

- Manage offer discussions, negotiations and onboarding.

- Ensure timely closure of recruitment requirements.

- Maintain recruitment data, ATS updates and hiring reports.





- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
