Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished, highly strategic Global Talent Acquisition Skilled (9–15 Years) on behalf of our premier client in Navi Mumbai. In this critical, senior-level role (Band 8/9 equivalent), you will take absolute ownership of the end-to-end global talent acquisition pipeline, with a heavy focus on the US market. You will act as the principal recruiting authority—partnering with international hiring managers, framing high-impact sourcing matrices, managing enterprise talent pipelines, and driving aggressive Turnaround Time (TAT) metrics while maintaining supreme quality of hire.

Key Responsibilities

- Global Pipeline Governance: Manage and scale end-to-end Global Talent Acquisition and US Recruitment lifecycles across diverse technical and corporate tracks.

- Strategic Sourcing: Analyze complex multi-geography hiring requisitions and translate them into highly targeted candidate attraction, headhunting, and mapping blueprints.

- Full-Lifecycle Execution: Source, rigorously screen, profile, and pipeline top-tier global talent across multiple concurrent open roles.

- C-Suite & Stakeholder Advisory: Lead regular interface meetings with international business heads and hiring managers to deliver data-backed pipeline updates, market intelligence, and advisory guidance.

- Candidate Engagement Systems: Champion elite candidate experiences, keeping high-value prospects deeply engaged from initial outreach to formal onboarding stages.

- Data-Driven Operations:



Maintain flawless recruitment databases, tracking infrastructure, metrics dashboards, and executive management information systems (MIS).

- Compliance & Market Intelligence: Enforce absolute compliance with localized labor rules, recruitment documentation setups, and deep-dive talent-pool mapping.

Mandatory Selection Criteria:

- Overall Experience: Minimum 9 to 15 years of progressive, verifiable experience inside core Talent Acquisition.

- Geographical Exposure: Robust, demonstrable mastery navigating US Recruitment or complex global hiring ecosystems.

- Strategic Sourcing: Advanced execution of Boolean queries, deep-web sourcing vectors, and cross-border identification channels.

- Stakeholder Management: Stellar history managing senior client relationships, handling high-volume recruitment priorities smoothly.

- Operational Shift Alignment: Absolute willingness to operate reliably within a structured US Shift schedule.

- Soft Skills: Impeccable verbal and written English communication, corporate storytelling presence, and a highly analytical, data-informed execution focus.

Required Education & Logistics:

- Education: Open to Any Graduate from a recognized university.

- Work Arrangement: 100% Work From Office (WFO).

- Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, India (Relocation candidates are fully welcome).

- Notice Period Boundary: Maximum up to 60 days.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
