As a Global US Payroll– Associate, you will engage in managing the people lifecycle and day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.

You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving, escalating, or routing inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines. You will be part of a team of problem solvers that help address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Within our Managed Services practice, you will have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving,



using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas to solve problems.

Responsibilities

- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in line with HR protocols
- Supporting compliance with labor laws and regulations through accurate record-keeping
- Coordinating staff activities to facilitate smooth HR operations
- Utilizing HR software to manage employee data and maintain data quality
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Engaging in process documentation and improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery
- Collaborating with team members to address complex business issues from strategy to execution
- Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and contribute to team success
- Gathering and analyzing information to discern patterns and inform HR strategies

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Human Resources Management (HRM)
- Utilizing data quality and documentation administration skills effectively
- Excelling in employee data management and employee engagement strategies
- Adapting to diverse perspectives and needs in a fast-paced environment
- Applying intellectual curiosity to drive process improvement initiatives
