The Role We're hiring a Global Recruiting Enablement Executive to strengthen the productivity and effectiveness of our recruiting team. You'll build and enable strong candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing, candidate research and screening, and by presenting qualified talent to recruiters and team leads — while also supporting recruiting operations, tools, and reporting.

What You'll Do

Sourcing & Database Support

- Develop effective sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill technology and ERP roles
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records across recruiting databases




- Conduct database searches to surface previously engaged or relevant candidates
- Support candidate rediscovery and database mining initiatives

Recruiting Enablement & Research

- Support recruiters with candidate research across LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
- Research companies, industries, technologies, and talent markets to inform recruiting strategy
- Build and maintain targeted candidate lists against recruiter and client requirements
- Deliver candidate intelligence — skills, experience, location, availability, career history

Recruitment Tools & Technology

- Effectively use recruiting tools and platforms to support the team
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiter productivity through better tool use
- Maintain recruitment templates, search strings, and sourcing guides
- Stay current on new recruiting tools, sourcing techniques, and technology trends

Process, Reporting & Collaboration

- Support standardized recruiting workflows and data hygiene standards
- Track recruiting activity, sourcing metrics, and candidate pipelines
- Prepare reports and dashboards for recruiting performance visibility
- Partner closely with recruiters,



recruiting leadership, and the U.S. team

Who You Are

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Management, HR, Communications, or a related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred (Class of 2025, 2026 and 2027 welcome to apply)
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working with technology, databases, and multiple recruiting platforms
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

Experience

- 0–2 years in recruitment, recruiting operations, talent acquisition, research, staffing, or sales enablement
- Freshers with strong communication, research, analytical, and technology skills are welcome to apply
- Prior exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or ATS/CRM platforms is an advantage

Compensation & Growth

- Up to ₹12 LPA CTC,
- 6-month probation period with a 90-day performance review and a transparent path to confirmation
