Key Requirements:

- 6–8 years of Software Engineering / Backend Development experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
- Strong hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude APIs and enterprise AI integrations
- Robust Python development skills
- Experience with FastAPI / Flask / REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of RAG, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Semantic Search and AI Agents
- Hands-on experience with LangChain / LangGraph / Semantic Kernel
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate,



Milvus or FAISS
- Experience with Azure / AWS
- Good exposure to Git, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
- Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise platforms, APIs and databases

- AI Copilots / Conversational AI
- Multi-agent AI systems
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI
- Langfuse / Phoenix / OpenTelemetry
