Role Description The Generative AI Engineer will work in office in Bhubaneswar in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning models, integrating AI capabilities into production systems, and translating business requirements into robust technical implementations.

The role involves experimenting with new architectures and tools, optimizing performance and scalability, and ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and maintainable. The engineer will contribute to product roadmaps, participate in code reviews, and document designs and workflows to support ongoing enhancements. This position requires a hands-on approach to solving complex problems with practical,



production-focused AI solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, or related fields, with experience in building and deploying production-grade applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI and data engineering (such as Python, and optionally JavaScript/TypeScript or similar).
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI concepts, including model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization.
- Familiarity with up-to-date ML frameworks and tooling (for example, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar libraries).
- Knowledge of data engineering practices, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and building data pipelines for ML workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure (such as AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization or orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying AI systems.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM integration, and building agent-based or workflow-driven AI applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, and business stakeholders, and to communicate complex technical concepts in transparent, accessible language.
- Commitment to responsible and ethical AI practices, including attention to privacy, security, and bias mitigation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
