? Hiring: AI Engineer | Bangalore | 6+ Years

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong Python development and hands-on experience in GenAI/LLM productization to join our team.

? Mandatory Requirements

- Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore
- No relocation profiles
- Must be comfortable attending the F2F final interview at the client office in Bangalore
- Must be adaptable to work 3 days/week from the client office

? Key Skills & Responsibilities LLM & GenAI Engineering

- 6–8+ years of strong Python development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working on AI/GenAI projects
- Experience productizing AI solutions for enterprise/production environments
- Hands-on experience with commercial LLMs
- Strong understanding of prompting patterns and structured outputs
- Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures , including ingestion pipelines and chunking strategies
- Experience with vector databases/vector search , indexing, similarity search and metadata filtering
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) patterns
- Experience designing MCP servers/tool endpoints and integrating them with LLM applications
- Experience with agentic workflows and A2A patterns , including multi-agent collaboration such as Planner, Executor, Reviewer and Retriever agents





Programming & Engineering

- Advanced Python skills with experience in APIs, pipelines and AI orchestration
- Java / ReactJS experience is an added advantage
- Strong software engineering and API development practices
- Demonstrated ability to use GitHub Copilot for rapid code scaffolding, service/API development and productivity acceleration

Data Skills

- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with SQL Server
- Good understanding of queries, joins and indexing
- Ability to design effective data-access patterns for AI applications
- Microsoft Fabric knowledge is an added advantage

Cloud

- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Azure AI Foundry experience is preferred

Production & Observability

- Experience operating and supporting AI-enabled applications in production
- Hands-on experience with logging, metrics and distributed tracing
- Exposure to APM/observability tools such as Datadog
- Understanding of model/prompt monitoring, drift signals and quality regression detection
