Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Azure AI Foundry/Azure Stack, LangChain, and LangGraph. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, statistical modeling, and model validation, with the ability to build, evaluate, and optimize AI/GenAI solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI
- Mandatory experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure Stack
- Strong experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
- Experience in developing and integrating LLM-based applications
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning
- Hands-on experience in Model Validation and Performance Evaluation
- Experience with Statistical Modeling and Forecasting
- Hands-on experience with Reinforcement Learning

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Python and Azure AI services.
- Build LLM-powered applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Work with Azure AI Foundry/Azure Stack for model development, orchestration, evaluation, and deployment.
- Develop and optimize AI/ML models for enterprise use cases.
- Implement model validation, benchmarking, performance evaluation, and monitoring.
- Apply statistical modeling and forecasting techniques to business and technical problems.




- Develop and evaluate Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning models.
- Perform prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization of LLM-based solutions.
- Design AI workflows, agents, and multi-step orchestration using LangGraph/LangChain.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet standards for accuracy, scalability, reliability, security, and performance.

Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Generative AI, or related engineering roles.
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills in Python.
- Proven hands-on experience building production-grade GenAI/LLM applications.
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, model evaluation, and statistical techniques.
- Experience working with cloud-based AI platforms, particularly the Azure ecosystem.
- Ability to independently design, develop, test, and deploy AI solutions.

Work Location Yelahanka, Bangalore – Work from Office 4 days per week.
