Position Summary You will join our manufacturing team in India to help deliver safe and consistent products at scale. You will work hands-on with operators, technicians, quality and engineering colleagues to run production activities, support investigations, and keep our site running smoothly. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Operate production and packing equipment following standard operating procedures and safety rules.
- Move materials, components and finished goods between production, quality and warehouse areas safely and accurately.
- Carry out routine cleaning, equipment changeovers and basic maintenance tasks to meet production schedules.
- Record batch and production data accurately and escalate out-of-specification or safety issues promptly.
- Support investigations by collecting data, reporting observations and helping implement corrective actions.
- Take part in simple continuous improvement activities that improve safety, quality or efficiency. Why You?
Work arrangement This role is on-site in India. You must be available for assigned shifts and occasional overtime due to operational needs.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - High school diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing, production,
warehouse or related environment.
- Willingness to work shifts and be present in office due to operational requirements.
- Ability to follow written procedures and complete accurate records.
- Physically able to lift and move moderate loads and perform routine physical tasks.
- Clear communication in English or local language for safe team working and documentation.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Diploma in a technical field or vocational training related to manufacturing.
- Experience in regulated industries or familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with basic troubleshooting or equipment changeovers.
- Experience using digital production or inventory systems such as SAP, MES or similar tools.
- Awareness of continuous improvement methods such as 5S, standard work or basic problem solving.
