Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and execution-focused General Manager – Operations & Business to lead end-to-end operations across factory, retail, customer support, logistics and service delivery.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage large teams, improve productivity, strengthen customer experience, control costs and build scalable operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Own overall day-to-day business operations.
- Lead Factory, Operations, Retail, Customer Support and Logistics teams.
- Ensure daily production, service and delivery targets are achieved.
- Improve manpower productivity, capacity utilization and process efficiency.
- Reduce delays, rework, rewash, customer complaints and garment damages.
- Build and enforce SOPs, KPIs, review systems and accountability.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive permanent corrective actions.
- Improve coordination between factory, stores, customer support and logistics.
- Drive cost control across manpower, utilities, consumables and wastage.
- Build and develop a strong second-line management team.
- Monitor store and service performance and improve customer experience.
- Support business expansion, new stores, B2B opportunities and operational scalability.




- Ensure daily operations can run effectively without continuous founder intervention.

Candidate Profile
- 12–18+ years of overall experience
- Minimum 5+ years in a senior operations / plant / unit leadership role
- Experience managing 100+ employees and multiple departments.
- Strong experience in operations, people management, productivity and process improvement.
- Strong numerical, analytical and MIS skills.
- Comfortable working on the operational floor and solving real-time issues.
- Experience in multi-shift or high-volume operations preferred.

Laundry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
