Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a results-driven General Manager Projects to take end-to-end ownership of project planning, execution, supervising and delivery across our construction portfolio. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving multiple projects simultaneously, leading cross-functional site teams, managing commercial and P&L; outcomes, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Project Head / Construction Manager Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end construction projects from pre-construction to handover.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and execution.
- Lead site, MEP, procurement, and QA/QC teams across multiple projects.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and changes.
- Manage cost control, P&L;, contracts, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Identify project risks and ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards, statutory approvals, and labour laws.
- Monitor material quality, manpower, productivity,



and site progress.
- Manage clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Report project performance to Directors/Senior Management and drive process improvements

Eligibility / Candidate Requirements

- B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years construction project management experience, with 35 years in senior leadership.
- Experience delivering large-scale educational, healthcare, residential, or commercial projects.
- Robust knowledge of construction, MEP coordination, MS Project / Primavera.
- Experience with MES/CPWD/PWD and government projects is preferred.
- Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, contracts, and commercial management.
- Knowledge of construction codes, EHS, and modern building technologies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, basic AutoCAD, and project management software.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
