The Role:

We are seeking a hands-on strategist who bridges the gap between acquiring talent and building organisational capability. This role owns the full talent lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, while partnering with department heads to shape long-term talent management and organisational growth — an equally weighted mandate:

CORE MANDATE

- Own end-to-end talent acquisition across diverse functions — high-volume, niche & leadership mandates
- Act as a trusted people partner to business leaders on capabilities, team structures & alignment
- Lead talent mapping & strategic talent planning with business heads
- Drive performance cycles, internal mobility & retention frameworks
- Deliver talent insights, dashboards & market intelligence to leadership
- Coach and guide team members; champion process governance

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience across high-volume recruitment, with business partnering exposure
- Demonstrated cross-functional hiring with multiple senior stakeholders
- Proven track record in high-volume, niche, tech & leadership-level roles
- High proficiency in talent platforms, HRIS & modern sourcing methodologies
- Competency in building data-driven analytical reports & dashboards

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TALENT ACQUISITION & SOURCING

- Own end-to-end acquisition lifecycles across diverse functional areas to build high-performing teams
- Lead alignment sessions with stakeholders to define capability requirements & growth timelines
- Design multi-channel sourcing — professional platforms, market mapping & specialised networks
- Deliver within performance, quality & efficiency benchmarks

TALENT MAPPING & STRATEGIC PLANNING

- Forecast organisational structures & long-term talent requirements with business leaders
- Conduct skill-gap analyses to build external pipelines & succession plans
- Analyse market trends, availability & compensation benchmarks




- Optimise acquisition channels & funnel metrics continuously

BUSINESS PARTNERING

- Trusted people partner on talent capabilities, team structures & structural alignment
- Address team dynamics constructively with data-driven recommendations
- Maximise engagement & minimise flight risk across mapped business units
- Provide market intelligence for data-backed business decisions

TALENT MANAGEMENT

- Design & execute performance management cycles, continuous feedback & goal-setting frameworks
- Facilitate organisational transitions & internal mobility
- Drive career progression planning for high-potential employees
- Build retention frameworks across business units

STAKEHOLDER & BRAND ADVISORY

- Deliver scheduled talent updates — pipeline health, utilisation & strategic insights
- Enhance employer brand presence across skilled platforms & communities
- Pilot progressive talent methodologies, assessment tools & evaluation frameworks

PROCESS LEADERSHIP & GOVERNANCE

- Coach & direct team members for consistent, high-quality delivery across portfolios
- Champion standardised processes, evaluation documentation & feedback frameworks
- Oversee data systems, hygiene & integrity for leadership-level talent insights
