We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead sales initiatives, drive business growth, and build robust customer relationships across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the complete sales cycle – prospecting, presentations, sales attainment & collections
- Identify and develop prospective customers
- Own and exceed annual sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Understand customer business needs and effectively present value propositions
- Ensure timely collection of receivables




- Prepare and share monthly MIS with management
- Lead and manage a sales team
- Willingness to travel extensively

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication, presentation & influencing skills

Sound fundamental knowledge of Combustion

Experience in industrial sales, particularly process-based industries such as Thermal Power Plants, Steel Industries, etc.

Strong technical knowledge of products

Proven ability to drive sales from planning to closure

Regional language proficiency

Strong leadership and team-management skills
