- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.

- Foster solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 10-30 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field.
- Proven track record in managing teams or agencies with excellent results.
- Strong understanding of APC (Agency Channel) operations and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
