We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven General Manager Projects & Operations to lead and oversee the organization's project portfolio. This role requires an experienced professional who can successfully manage both short-term, high-priority projects with immediate deliverables and long-term strategic initiatives that support the company's growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and operational planning skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a rapid-paced environment while driving sustainable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Short-Term Project Management (Immediate Deliverables)

- Lead, execute, and deliver high-priority projects within defined timelines (typically up to 36 months).
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet urgent project objectives efficiently.
- Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement timely solutions.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis.

Long-Term Strategic Project Management
- Plan and manage long-term projects aligned with the organization's strategic vision and business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Track project performance through KPIs, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize projects and optimize resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and scalability across projects and operations.

General Management & Operations




- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and performance updates to senior management.
- Establish and promote best practices in project governance, planning, and execution.
- Build a collaborative, high-performance work culture focused on accountability and results.

Required Qualifications

- Master's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Additional certifications in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Management, or related fields will be an added advantage.
- Double Master's Degree is preferred.

- Proven experience in Project Management and Operations Leadership.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with varying timelines and priorities.
