Job Responsibilities-

Lead and manage end-to-end parking operations across multiple locations.

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
- Identify current business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee operational performance, service quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor large operational and business development teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), MIS, revenue, costs, and operational metrics.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle commercial negotiations, client proposals, contracts, and renewals.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions where required.
- Prepare and present operational and business performance reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and technology adoption across operations.

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
