- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of excellence.

Job Requirements :

- 12-16 years of experience in general manager human resource roles within the engineering & construction industry.

- Proven track record in developing effective HR strategies that align with business objectives.

- Strong understanding of compensation planning, benefits administration, and labor laws/regulations.

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights from HR metrics.
