We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the pre-opening and operations of a new resort-style hospitality property in Jaipur .
This is a great chance for someone who enjoys building a property from the ground up and has a strong understanding of resort living, weddings, events, banquets and leisure hospitality .

Key Responsibilities The General Manager will take ownership of the complete pre-opening journey, including:
- Planning and executing the pre-opening strategy
- Recruiting, building and training the hotel team
- Developing SOPs, service standards and operational processes
- Coordinating with owners, consultants, contractors and vendors
- Setting up all operational departments
- Preparing the property for soft opening and commercial launch
- Developing sales and marketing strategies
- Building business through weddings, banquets, events, corporate and leisure segments
- Establishing vendor and business partnerships
- Managing budgets, cost controls and operational targets
- Creating a strong guest experience and service culture
- Taking full responsibility for the property's performance after opening
What We’re Looking For
- Proven pre-opening experience in a hotel or resort is essential
- Strong resort/hospitality operations background
- Experience with weddings, banquets, lawns and events will be highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Commercially driven with a hands-on approach
- Excellent understanding of guest experience and service standards
- Ability to work closely with ownership and lead a property independently
Experience: 10+ years in hospitality, with significant experience in a senior leadership/General Manager role. Compensation: ₹1.20 – ₹1.50 Lakh per month, depending on experience.
