Role & responsibilities oversees all daily property operations, financial performance, department coordination, and guest service standards.

Supervise all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day functions. Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and team members to build a positive work culture. Greet guests, inspect property quality, and handle escalated complaints or issues with professionalism.

Ensure the property follows local health, fire safety, security laws, and licensing regulations. Plans, organizes, and directs all food, beverage, and logistical operations for events like weddings, conferences, and parties.

- Hire, train, and supervise servers, bartenders, and support crew.
- Build work schedules and manage staff levels for each shift.
- Lead pre-shift briefings to assign tasks and explain service standards
