General Manager – Founder's Office

Location: Remote (Full-time)

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply)

About the Role

We're looking for a highly driven General Manager – Founder's Office to work directly with the Founder and play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, business growth, and high-impact execution. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and getting things done.

What You'll Do

- Work directly with the Founder on strategic projects and high-priority business initiatives.
- Represent the company in meetings with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Confidently interact with founders, CMOs, marketing leaders, agency owners, and senior executives to build relationships and drive execution.
- Identify growth opportunities and take complete ownership from ideation to execution.
- Build strategic partnerships, negotiate, and close business opportunities.
- Drive cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, operations, and business development.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and develop actionable business insights.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional attention to detail in communication, documentation, and execution.
- Act as the Founder's right hand,



helping prioritize initiatives and ensure things get done.

Who We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong skilled writing, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities, make decisions, and execute with speed.
- Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Confidence in negotiations, relationship building, and closing deals.
- Proficiency in AI tools (such as Claude, Gemini, etc.), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
