A reputed Catering Company in Kuwait is looking for 10 General Cooks to support daily food preparation and production activities. Candidates should have practical experience in cooking and food preparation, preferably in catering, hotels, restaurants, central kitchens, or large-scale food production.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food according to assigned menus and recipes.

- Assist in daily kitchen and food production activities.

- Handle preparation of vegetables, meat, poultry, rice, sauces, curries, and other food items.

- Support bulk cooking and large-volume food production.

- Maintain proper taste, quality, and portion standards.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of food ingredients.

- Follow FIFO and proper food storage practices.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking area.

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.





- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.

- Coordinate with CDP, Sous Chef, and Head Chef during daily production.

- Complete assigned food preparation and cooking tasks within the required time.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 23 years of experience as a General Cook / Cook.

- Experience in catering, bulk cooking, central kitchen, hotel, restaurant, or food production preferred.

- Good practical knowledge of cooking and food preparation.

- Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen environment.

- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety practices.

- Physically fit and able to work versatile shifts.

- Ability to work as part of a kitchen team.

- GCC/Kuwait experience will be an advantage.
