Key Responsibilities

- Design and Build AI Agents: Define agent roles, goals, capabilities, and constraints to ensure autonomous operation

- Workflow Orchestration: Implement multi-step reasoning loops, including planning, reflection, and task decomposition

- Tool and API Integration: Connect agents to enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, databases, and microservices for real-world task execution

- Memory and Context Management: Develop short-term and long-term memory systems, including vector stores, knowledge bases, and state graphs

- Multi-Agent Systems: Coordinate multiple agents with specialized roles, enabling collaboration and escalation to humans when necessary

- Governance and Safety: Ensure AI systems operate safely, comply with enterprise policies,



and maintain observability and reliability

Required Skills

- Technical Skills: Python, cloud platforms, APIs, AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK), LLMs, RAG, vector databases

- AI Fundamentals: Understanding of large language models, embeddings, context windows, hallucination mitigation, and prompt engineering

- Agent Design Patterns: Planning, reflection, tool use, routing, memory, evaluator agents, and multi-agent orchestration

- Business Acumen: Knowledge of enterprise workflows, risk management, and process automation
