Role Description The GeMS Tendering Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for managing the company’s participation in government e-marketplace (GeM) tenders. The role involves identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing tender requirements, and preparing accurate documentation, bids, and proposals within defined timelines. The executive coordinates with internal teams for pricing, technical specifications, and compliance data, and ensures timely submission and follow-up on tender outcomes.





Daily tasks include maintaining and updating GeM portal listings, tracking tender status, managing correspondence with government departments and buyers, and compiling reports on tender performance. The role also supports process improvement in tendering workflows, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in tender documentation, bid preparation, and tender tracking.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of GeM portal processes, government procurement norms, and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Candidates should possess good analytical, data management, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Relevant experience in GeM tendering, government sales, or procurement in the textile/garment sector is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, India, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
