Candidate Expectation

- 20 years’ experience in totality and minimum last 10 years in GCC/GBC set up, scale up and transform from global entities.
- Deep expertise in GCC and GBS design, setup, scale, and transformation. Robust understanding of shared services, captive centers, and global delivery models. Functional depth in Finance & Accounting, HR, Procurement, IT, or Enterprise Operations.
- Solid Consulting & Leadership Skills - Proven experience leading large-scale, C-suite-facing consulting engagements.
- Strategic & Commercial Acumen - Ability to link GBS/GCC strategies to enterprise value levers (cost, efficiency, agility, growth).
- Global & Cross-Cultural Experience
- Understanding of organizational change management (communications, stakeholder readiness, workforce transition).
- Ability to anticipate resistance and embed adoption mechanisms into GCC/GBS designs. Benchmarking & Industry Intelligence Familiarity with GBS/GCC benchmarks (cost, productivity, span of control, pyramid, service maturity).
- Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement , Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and process maturity models.
- RPA, process mining, workflow tools, GenAI and AI-assisted operations in GBS/GCCs
- Risk, Compliance & Controls Awareness
- Executive Facilitation & Workshop Design

Preferred Candidate Industry Outsourcing/BPO/KPO/Management consulting/GCC/GBS Must have skills:





- Extensive consulting and domain experience in all areas of Finance and accounting processes, HRO, Procurement, SCM , CX etc.
- GCC & GBS Operating Model Expertise.
- Strategic Advisory & CXO Engagement skills.
- Experience leading large, complex transformation programs from strategy through execution, including roadmap design and delivery oversight.
- Strong ‘hands on’ experience across Industry sectors with strategic thinking.
- Track record of delivering at all levels within an organization of both business & IT (digital) capabilities.
- Exposure to global delivery models and shared services/outsourcing environments.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions.

Qualification

- MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution with specialization in Finance, Strategy, Operations, or General Management with 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting consulting, transformation, or advisory roles from FnA , HRO , SCM domain
- Preferred Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance/accounting qualification (especially relevant for F&A; and GBS-led roles).
- Prior experience with top-tier consulting firms (Big 4 / Strategy firms) or global services organizations preferred.
- Experience working with multi-geo teams and global clients (US, Europe, APAC) in designing or managing distributed delivery models.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.), automation tools (RPA), and analytics solutions.
