Role Description The General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad.

The General

Manager will oversee daily operations, including production planning, quality assurance, supply chain coordination, and resource management. This role includes supervising cross-functional teams, setting performance goals, monitoring key operational and financial metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership, team management, and people development skills suitable for a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in operations management, production planning, and process optimization within a plant or factory setting.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of quality standards, workplace safety practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, textiles, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior operational or general management role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector.
