Collaborate with investors, managements & market participants. Contribute to portfolio strategy & investment committee discussions. Uphold research integrity, compliance & best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of companies, industries & markets
- Develop and publish high-quality equity research reports and investment recommendations
- Identify long-term investment opportunities and emerging trends
- Build financial models and valuation frameworks
- Interact with company managements, industry experts, institutional investors and other market participants
- Ensure timely dissemination of research ideas and market insights
- Participate in investment committee meetings and contribute to portfolio strategy discussions
- Collaborate with sales, dealing & RM teams to support client engagement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 8–15 years of experience in Equity Research, Fundamental Research, Portfolio Management or Investment Advisory
- Proven track record of generating successful investment recommendations
- Strong understanding of Indian capital markets and regulatory framework
- Experience in leading and mentoring research teams is preferred
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
