3. Freshers with an interest in Functional Medicine and experienced doctors are both welcome to apply.

5. Assess underlying contributing factors related to chronic and lifestyle-associated health concerns.
6. Review relevant laboratory investigations, diagnostic reports, and previous medical records.
7. Develop individualized, evidence-informed health and wellness plans based on patient needs.
8. Provide guidance on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and healthy lifestyle practices.

Monitor patient progress and modify care plans based on clinical response and follow-up assessments.
10. Coordinate with physicians, dietitians, psychologists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals when required.
11. Educate patients regarding preventive healthcare and long-term health management.
12. Maintain accurate patient records, assessment notes, care plans, and follow-up documentation.
13. Ensure patient confidentiality and follow applicable clinical, ethical, and safety standards.
