What You'll Do

As a Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 HR at LevelShift, you will:

- Engage with HR stakeholders and business users to understand existing HR processes, business requirements, and system challenges.
- Conduct requirement gathering, process analysis, and fit-gap analysis to identify the best Dynamics 365 HR solutions.
- Analyze existing Workday or other HR systems and map their functionality and processes to Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
- Configure and implement Dynamics 365 HR functionalities based on business requirements and functional design.
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional design documents, process flows, user stories, and other functional documentation.
- Support HR system migration, including data mapping, data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and the transition of functionality from legacy or third-party HR applications.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders, business users, architects, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support SIT, UAT, testing, defect management, end-user training, deployment, and post-implementation activities.




- Identify opportunities to consolidate existing HR applications, optimize business processes, and introduce automation using Dynamics 365 HR.

- Should be comfortable using AI tools to enhance consulting workflows, automate repetitive tasks, generate business insights, and improve productivity while ensuring solution quality and governance.
- Utilize AI-assisted requirement analysis, process documentation, process mapping, testing, and workflow automation to improve project delivery efficiency.
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics 365 Copilot, Power Platform Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Fabric AI capabilities to support documentation, analysis, automation, testing, and HR process optimization.
- Explore opportunities to use AI capabilities to improve HR operations, automate routine processes, and provide actionable business insights.

Your Skillset

- 5+ years of experience in functional consulting and solution delivery, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 Human Resources functionalities based on business requirements.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design.




- Ability to work directly with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend appropriate Dynamics 365 HR solutions.
- Experience in preparing functional documentation, including BRD, FDD, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Hands-on experience with HR system migration, data mapping, data validation, and transitioning functionality from legacy or third-party applications.
- Understanding of system integrations and collaboration with technical teams to support HR application integrations.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, testing, defect management, user training, and deployment activities.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with distributed teams, and drive activities from requirements through implementation.
