About the Role

Pinnacle Media is building Pinnora, an AI-powered marketing workspace used by real brands. It is a large production TypeScript application with ~611,000 lines of code, 92 database tables, AI generation pipelines, and integrations with five advertising platforms.

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our core engineering team and work directly with the CTO and take ownership of real product features from development to production.

What You'll Do

Build and ship full-stack features across Pinnora.

Work with React, Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AI systems.

Build AI workflows for ads, videos, landing pages, and marketing content.

Develop and maintain third-party advertising integrations.

Design and optimise database queries and schemas.

Debug production issues and improve performance.

Write tests and verify your own work.

Read, understand, and safely modify a large existing codebase.

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of professional software development experience

Strong production experience with TypeScript + React

- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js App Router
- Valuable understanding of Server Components and Server Actions

Strong SQL/PostgreSQL fundamentals

Practical AI/LLM product experience (mandatory)

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a large codebase

You'll work directly with the CTO, ship production code quickly, and have the opportunity to become a core technical owner of Pinnora.
