Position: Fullstack Developer(L3 & L4)

Experience Required: 4 - 9+ years

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Mode of work: Onsite - 5 days/week

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Mid level and Senior Full-Stack Developers with experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience leading end-to-end development cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications.
- Build reusable, efficient, and modular code across frontend and backend layers.
- Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Integrate with databases, caching systems, and other infrastructure components.

2. Full-Stack Expertise:

Frontend:

- Develop responsive UI using React.js / Vue.js.
- Integrate UI components, state management (Redux, RTK, Zustand, NgRx), and API bindings.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and high-quality user experience.

Backend:

- Develop APIs and microservices using Node.js / Python (based on company stack).
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Build services with proper logging, monitoring, and exception handling.

3. Database & Storage:

- Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL systems (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).
- Design optimized schemas, indexes, queries, and stored procedures. • Implement data pipelines, caching strategies, and migrations.

4. Cloud, DevOps & Deployment:

- Deploy applications on AWS / Azure / GCP with CI/CD pipelines.




- Work with containers (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
- Manage serverless services, cloud storage, and auto-scaling environments.
- Implement performance tuning and cost optimization strategies.

5. Architecture & System Design:

- Design scalable, distributed architectures using microservices and event-driven patterns.
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and solution architecture.
- Ensure software meets high standards of performance, security, and reliability.

6. Team Collaboration & Leadership:

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams.
- Break down requirements, estimate timelines, and deliver solutions on schedule.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives).

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major frontend framework: React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js, Java, Python.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience with Git, Jira, Agile methodology.
- Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

- Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
- Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha, JUnit).
- Knowledge of security best practices (OWASP Top 10).
