Role Description The Full Time French Tutor will deliver high-quality, in-person French language instruction to learners at various proficiency levels, focusing on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching individual and small-group classes, assessing learner progress, and adapting instructional methods to different learning styles and goals.

The tutor will also provide academic support, such as homework assistance, exam preparation,



and practice activities that help learners build confidence and fluency. Collaboration with the team to coordinate schedules, maintain accurate records of learner performance, and share feedback with management is expected. This is a full time, on-site role based in Surat.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in French Teaching and Tutoring, with experience supporting learners at beginner to advanced levels.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage learners, explain complex concepts clearly, and foster a supportive learning setting.
- Candidates should possess competency in Online Tutoring tools and platforms to supplement in-person lessons when needed.
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written), with relevant certifications or formal education in French language, linguistics, or education.
- Experience designing lesson plans, using modern teaching methodologies, and assessing learner progress through tests and assignments.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Surat, manage multiple learners, and maintain organized records of lessons and evaluations.
- A background in teaching or tutoring in an educational institute or language center is an asset; familiarity with Canadian education or immigration contexts is an advantage.
