We’re looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can communicate with customers, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships over the phone.
Role Overview
This is a full time position for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, handling queries, following up with leads, and working towards daily and monthly targets.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Explain products/services clearly to customers
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information
- Maintain call records and update lead status
- Work towards assigned calling and lead-generation targets
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth lead conversion
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional phone etiquette
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi; basic English is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups
- Freshers are welcome to apply
