Hiring: Full-Time Telecaller – Customer Support & Sales | Kolkata

We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in Kolkata. If you’re good at communication, enjoy talking to people, and have an interest in sales, customer support, lead generation, and business development, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Overview

This is a full-time position for someone who can handle outbound calling, customer support, sales calls, lead follow-ups, and customer relationship management. You’ll be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into customers.

What You’ll Do

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Explain products/services and communicate offers effectively
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic queries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Achieve daily and monthly sales and calling targets

What We’re Looking For
- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills




- Confident and professional phone etiquette
- Interest in telecalling, sales, customer service, and lead generation
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi; basic English is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management tools is an advantage
- Ability to convince, negotiate, and handle customer objections
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Freshers are welcome to apply
